About

The Renaissance Academy is the arts school of the Liber Abaci Institute that have born on November 12 of 2017, and is looking to wake up on the people the artistic appreciation that everyone can take out with own concepts of life experience, also completing the student with an art history degree that goes through time to the first art expressions of the Stone Age to the "Yamato -HI" from Classical Japan, the "Divine Proportion" of the Italian Renaissance and the last art forms like the Cinema and the Digital Arts.

The Collagism will be the principal art form to explore as John of Patmos, the Director of the academy, knows that every person have cultural capacity to create great Collages to inform our world mixing concepts for a better society.

The Renaissance Academy will follow the Golden & Silver Ratio as Standar.

John of Patmos have create Art Music that is a new form of music that goes out the regular aesthetic. Art Music have the purpose of informing cultural and political concepts for better social direccion.

The Renaissance Academy is one of the most complete and innovative arts schools this present days offering art history, visual arts & music studies and the most important aspect of the institution: we will wake up on you the insctinct for artistic appreciation.

GOLDEN RATIO

In mathematics, two quantities are in the golden ratio if their ratio is the same as the ratio of their sum to the larger of the two quantities. It is an irrational number with a value of 1.6180339887. The Greek letter phi represents the golden ratio and is the limiting ratio of consecutive Fibonacci numbers.

The golden ratio has been claimed to have held a special fascination for at least 2,400 years, although without reliable evidence. According to Mario Livio. Ancient Greek mathematicians first studied what we now call the golden ratio because of its frequent appearance in geometry. The division of a line into "extreme and mean ratio" (the golden section) is important in the geometry of regular pentagrams and pentagons.

Fibonacci was an Italian mathematician from the Republic of Pisa, considered to be "the most talented Western mathematician of the Middle Ages". Fibonacci popularized the Hindu–Arabic numeral system in the Western World primarily through his composition in 1202 of Liber Abaci. He also introduced Europe to the sequence of Fibonacci numbers,  The ratio of sequential elements of the Fibonacci sequence approaches the golden ratio asymptotically.

Luca Pacioli (1445–1517) defines the golden ratio as the "divine proportion". De Divina Proportione, a three-volume work by Luca Pacioli, was published in 1509. Pacioli, a Franciscan friar, was known mostly as a mathematician, but he was also trained and keenly interested in art. De Divina Proportione explored the mathematics of the golden ratio. Though it is often said that Pacioli advocated the golden ratio's application to yield pleasing, harmonious proportions, Livio points out that the interpretation has been traced to an error in 1799, and that Pacioli actually advocated the Vitruvian system of rational proportions. Pacioli also saw Catholic religious significance in the ratio, which led to his work's title.

Leonardo da Vinci's illustrations of polyhedra in De divina proportione and his views that some bodily proportions exhibit the golden ratio have led some scholars to speculate that he incorporated the golden ratio in his paintings. But the suggestion that his Mona Lisa, for example, employs golden ratio proportions, is not supported by anything in Leonardo's own writings. Similarly, although the Vitruvian Man is often shown in connection with the golden ratio, the proportions of the figure do not actually match it, and the text only mentions whole number ratios.

The golden ratio has persistently been claimed in modern times to have been used in art and architecture by the ancients in Egypt, Greece and elsewhere. Also in modern times the divine proportion have continue been used by artist like Salvador Dalí and a variety of modern architects.

The Renaissance Academy is looking to continue exploring the golden ratio in different art forms.

SILVER RATIO

In mathematics, two quantities are in the silver ratio (also silver mean or silver constant) if the ratio of the sum of the smaller and twice the larger of those quantities, to the larger quantity, is the same as the ratio of the larger one to the smaller one (see below). This defines the silver ratio as an irrational mathematical constant, whose value of one plus the square root of 2 is approximately 2.4142135623. Its name is an allusion to the golden ratio. The silver ratio is the limiting ratio of consecutive Pell numbers.

In Japan, the silver ratio has been considered to be the most beautiful proportion down the ages and called “Yamato-hi”, meaning “Japanese Ratio.” It has been used in classical architectures and arts such as the faces of Budda statues and on ikebana a Japanese style flower arrangement.

The Renaissance Academy is looking to continue exploring the silver ratio in different art forms.

Collagism

The collage is a technique of an art production, primarily used in the visual arts, where the artwork is made from an assemblage of different forms, thus creating a new whole.

A collage may sometimes include magazine and newspaper clippings, ribbons, paint, bits of colored or handmade papers, portions of other artwork or texts, photographs and other found objects, glued to a piece of paper or canvas. The origins of collage can be traced back hundreds of years, but this technique made a dramatic reappearance in the early 20th century as an art form of novelty.

Techniques of collage were first used at the time of the invention of paper in China, around 200 BC. The use of collage, however, wasn't used by many people until the 10th century in Japan, when calligraphers began to apply glued paper, using texts on surfaces, when writing their poems. The technique of collage appeared in medieval Europe during the 13th century. Gold leaf panels started to be applied in Gothic cathedrals around the 15th and 16th centuries.

The term collage was coined by both Georges Braque and Pablo Picasso in the beginning of the 20th century when collage became a distinctive part of modern art.

The Collagism will be the principal visual arts area to explore as John of Patmos knows that every person have cultural capacity to create great Collages to inform our world mixing concepts for better social direccion.

John of Patmos have a theory that a great collage can be made with a magazine in 15 minutes as product of the information of the same magazine.

The Renaissance Academy will follow the Golden & Silver Ratio as Standar.

ART MUSIC

Music is an art form and cultural activity whose medium is sound organized in time. The common elements of music are pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts tempo, meter, and articulation), dynamics (loudness and softness), and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture (which are sometimes termed the "color" of a musical sound). Different styles or types of music may emphasize, de-emphasize or omit some of these elements. Music is performed with a vast range of instruments and vocal techniques ranging from singing to rapping; there are solely instrumental pieces, solely vocal pieces (such as songs without instrumental accompaniment) and pieces that combine singing and instruments. The word derives from Greek μουσική (mousike; "art of the Muses")

John of Patmos have create Art Music that is a new form of music that goes out the regular aesthetic. Art Music have the purpose of informing cultural and politic concepts for a better social direccion.

The Renaissance Academy offers the Art Music Degree starting with art history. art appreciation and music production.

John of Patmos

John of Patmos

John of Patmos is the name given to the presumed author of the Book of Revelation, the apocalyptic text forming the final chapter of the New Testament. The text of Revelation states that the author is called John and that he lives on the Greek island of Patmos, where, by some, he is considered to be in exile as a result of anti-Christian persecution under the Roman emperor Domitian.

John of patmos is the pseudonym the polymath Rolando Nuztas use for art music & visual arts. Director and instructor of The Renaissance Academy. He is mainly a DJ and later specialized as a visual artist and as a researcher.

Juan Diego is the DJ pseudonym of Rolando Nuztas, label manager of Liber Abaci Records with the sublabel 22 July Records for EDM and Federal Reserve Records for alternative music. Juan Diego mix allmost all the EDM genders like Electro- Progressive House and Trance, the gamma of  Deep House/Tech House/Techno & Psy-trance. Juan Diego have a unique mixing style as is a multi-instrumentalist and use a technique with exact melodic transitions making a DJ set similar to a symphony.

The labels release tracks by 10 different music projects created by Rolando Nuztas as a multiproducer. The projects are: "144" experimental math House, "Antipas" experimental math Techno, "Lamb Wrath" Deep House, "Watermelon" Psy-Trance, "Tiwanaku" Electro-House, "Sun Beam" Progressive-House, "Alternating Current" Techno, "Dajjal" Trip-Hop, "Mara" Hip-Hop & "John of Patmos" that have create the gender: Art Music. John of patmos is also the pseudonym the polymath Rolando Nuztas use for visual arts.

Rolando Nuztas has concluded a new or unexplored area in the rhythm after the analysis of a few EDM tracks and the Jazz and Rock alternative rhithmic units. The natural numbers shows more than one way to sequence electronic music with steady progressions and not only the traditional rhythmic unit of the number 8, using 4/4 time signature and progressions after 8 bars. There is an ascending range of the multiples and dividers of the natural numbers from the number 10 to the number 19 plus the prime numbers that allows to sequence steady progressive stages in music using the numbers as rhythmic units, bars or steady pulses. Liber Abaci Records have classify this natural or possible rhythmic units as the Kappa Units.

Federal Reserve Records is a label for alternative music focused  to inform the reality of the money creation and the conspiracy theories after the September 11 terrorist attacks. Also the anthropological debate on Racism, Clasism, Socialism and Culturalism.

Rolando Nuztas is also a pseudoscientist and a researcher and have create the Liber Abaci Institute for this past years of studies that have been the product of a involunter cloister. At the age of 22 Rolando Nuztas just as a DJ have get it home as was been chased by mexican hitman. A lot of child on Albania suffers this issue due to a cultural problem called Gjakmarrja.  At the age of 27 as a polymath Rolando Nuztas cloud get away to scape from Guadalajara, Mexico to Cancun for the 2013 christmas.

After 5 years of involunter cloister the DJ has became a multi-project producer and an anthropologist. The polymath has archive a variety of intelectual contributions like music and visual arts using Golden and Silver ratio, a new way to mix DJ sets close to making a simphony, a new or unxplore rhythm system named "Kappa Units",  a new measurement called "SPB" (step per beat) that can be used only in the performing art of the fashion runway toghether with an EDM DJ after observing Doutzen Kroes and Monika Jagaciak walking styles, the secret of the pyramids using the dynamo theory, the truth about the ancient antigravity system using the ancient solfeggio scale, a new gravity and black hole theory completing Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking theories called the RN Gravity Theory, a new calendar, a variety of conspiracy, teology, quantum, genetic, pseudoscience and pseudoarcheaology theories & the a new way to play association football named Fibonacci Football.
